  1. Services & Role of Argeus

Argeus operates as a tour operator and ground handling company, organizing travel services directly and through carefully selected third-party suppliers.

While Argeus designs, coordinates, and manages travel arrangements, certain services (such as accommodation, transportation, flights, and activities) are delivered by independent suppliers. Argeus acts as an intermediary between the Client and these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures beyond reasonable control.

  1. Inquiries, Quotations & Booking Process

An inquiry or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Quotations are valid only for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Written confirmation is issued by Argeus, and
  • The required payment (deposit or full amount) is received.

Argeus reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed services without notice if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

  1. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices include only the services explicitly stated in the confirmed itinerary.

Unless otherwise specified, prices exclude:

  • International flights
  • Visas
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional activities
  • Any services not clearly mentioned as included

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change prior to confirmation.

  1. Payments

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Payment schedules (deposit and balance) are specified in the quotation or booking confirmation. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or credit card fees are the responsibility of the Client.

  1. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation fees depend on:

  • The timing of the cancellation
  • The type of service booked
  • Supplier-specific policies

Certain services (including flights, special activities, and some accommodations) may be non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting all non-recoverable costs imposed by suppliers.

  1. Changes by the Client

Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to availability and supplier approval.

Changes may result in additional costs, change fees, or revised pricing.

Name changes, date changes, or itinerary alterations may not always be possible and are not guaranteed.

  1. Changes or Cancellations by Argeus

Argeus reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to operational, logistical, safety, or supplier-related reasons.

If a service must be canceled by Argeus, reasonable alternatives or refunds (where applicable) will be offered. Argeus is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  1. Force Majeure

Argeus shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing services due to Force Majeure events.

In such cases, refunds or credits depend on supplier policies and recoverable costs. Argeus will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience.

  1. Weather-Dependent & High-Risk Activities

Certain activities, including hot air balloon flights, outdoor excursions, and adventure activities, are subject to weather conditions and official authority approvals.

Operation is never guaranteed. Cancellations due to safety or authority decisions are beyond Argeus’s control.

Refunds or rescheduling depend on the activity operator’s policy.

  1. Flights & Transportation

Domestic flights arranged by Argeus are subject to airline rules and schedules.

Argeus is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, or baggage issues.

Ground transportation times may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or weather.

  1. Accommodation

Hotel classifications follow local standards.

Check-in and check-out times are determined by the accommodation provider.

In case of overbooking or operational issues, Argeus reserves the right to arrange accommodation of a similar or higher standard.

  1. Guides, Itineraries & Operational Flexibility

Guide assignments may change due to availability, illness, or operational reasons.

Sights may close without prior notice due to holidays, restorations, or local regulations.

Argeus reserves the right to adjust pacing, routing, or visits to ensure safety and quality.

  1. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, compliance with local laws, respectful conduct, and timely arrival for services.

Failure to comply may result in partial or full loss of services without refund.

  1. Health, Safety & Insurance

Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions or mobility limitations prior to travel.

Argeus strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings.
